A professional, helpful voice will answer the phone, Monday - Friday 9 am -5 pm.
An Advisor will ask you what vehicle you are interested in buying.
Then your UBS Advisor will give you:
Your UBS certificate number.
The name of a trained and licensed UBS Salesperson and
The name of the UBS affiliated dealer.

- Write down the models that you would like to own. Which vehicles are most likely to fit your needs? It is important to match your life-style with your chosen vehicle.
- Gather information about your car options through various sources (i.e., library, internet, magazines, dealerships).
- Determine how much you can afford to pay.
- Obtain the MSRP and dealer invoice price on vehicles that interest you the most.
- Decide if you want to lease or buy your new car.
- Apply for your Educational Systems FCU car loan.
- Visit dealerships and test-drive cars.
- Negotiate your deal. From your research you (not the salesperson) should have control of the negotiations.
- Take delivery of your automobile. Make sure all the items that you negotiated are in the car.
