Weekend of January 30, 2021
We’re committed to serving the education community with secure, efficient and advanced technology, which is why we’re changing to a new back office system. While the change will mostly be happening behind the scenes, there will be scheduled service interruptions including:
- Digital Banking and Audio Response Teller (ART) will be unavailable from 6:00 pm on Friday, January 29 through Sunday, January 31.
- All branches will be closed on Saturday, January 30. If you need assistance, please call our Contact Center on Saturday, January 30 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
New Account Details in Digital Banking
Once the system change is completed, additional details for your accounts will be available in Digital Banking. When you click on the Account Information icon, you’ll be able to view your full account number, account open date, dividend year to date, dividend last year, interest rate for loans, loan payment frequency, original loan balance, loan pay off amount and other details. There will also be some other formatting changes to help you more easily identify your accounts. To learn more, view our FAQs
Update your email address to receive important information by logging in to Digital Banking and clicking on the gears icon followed by “Profile”. Please visit esfcu.org/StayInformed
