The Credit Union remains open and ready to serve your financial needs with our remote channels.

Digital Banking
With Digital Banking you can do the following from a desktop or an app:
  • Check balances
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Deposit checks through Mobile Deposit up to $5,000/day
  • Stop check payments
  • Pay a Person with fast and easy electronic payments up to $500/day
  • Transfer funds to another financial institution (ACH credit origination) up to $500

At our ATMs, you can make cash withdrawals up to $500, deposit checks, deposit cash, obtain account balances and transfer money. If you need a debit card, call the Contact Center at 301.779.8500 and we will have one mailed to you. In addition, you can also get cash at the grocery store checkout using your debit card without incurring a fee by selecting the debit option. If you don't need cash, select credit. Members also have access to over 80,000 surcharge-free CULIANCE "CU Here" ATMs across the nation.

Audio Response Teller (ART)
ART (telephone banking) is a great way to take care of your financial needs over the phone 24/7. All you need is a touch-tone phone that can make calls. Learn more.

Contact Center
Many requests can be completed by calling our Contact Center at 301.779.8500.
  • Open an account
  • Apply for a loan
  • Order a debit card
  • Transfer money between Credit Union accounts
  • Schedule payments to/from another financial institution
  • Send a domestic wire (must have a Wire Transfer Agreement on file)
Contact Center Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Branch drive-thru
We offer drive-thru services at our Bowie and Rockville Branches. The following transactions can be done at the drive-thru:
  • Deposit cash and checks
  • Withdraw cash up to $2,000
  • Transfer money to other Credit Union accounts  
  • Make payments by cash, check or account transfer
Visits to the branches are limited to transactions which cannot be completed through the options listed above. Members will not be permitted to enter the branch to deposit checks, or withdraw cash in amounts less than $500 because these transactions can be completed at the ATM. Additionally, we will be limiting the number of members in our branches at any one time. A Credit Union representative will take your name and call your mobile phone when a representative is available. A mask is required to enter the branches.
