|I wanted to let you know that I took possession of my new car. Often times people are quick to criticize but don't have the same zeal when it comes to giving positive feedback. I am not one of those people. |
First, I want to thank you for taking an interest in my situation. I felt that you cared about me and my situation and wanted to do whatever you could to help me accomplish my goals. I also want to say thank you to Bob. He was available when I needed to speak to him and returned calls quickly. I also feel certain that he showed great flexibility in approving my loan.
In addition, I want to say that Dave was a huge help. He asked me what I was looking for, did his best to find cars in my price range and with my other stipulations. He met me at the dealership and stepped in when I needed him and stepped back when I had it covered. I have told many people of the wonderful supplemental car buying service that you offer and how streamlined it made the process. All of the 7 or 8 people I dealt with at the dealership also mentioned how much easier Dave made everything for them as well.
When I first came to you, I knew my car was running on borrowed time. Little did I know that it would die in the driveway. It almost made it until my purchase day. I now have renewed faith in the credit union. I will re-start my direct deposit during my next pay period and will not be closing my other accounts. Thank you to everyone involved including Tiana. It is so reassuring to know that Educational Systems FCU is not just a faceless bureaucracy but made of real people willing to help.
I just want to bring to your attention your employee Barbara. I've been a long time member of the credit union, going back decades. I live and work in Southern Maryland and have never personally met her, but she has helped me with several mortgages that I have taken with Educational Systems FCU. Barbara is without fail helpful and cheerful on the phone and prompt and efficient in her assistance to customers having difficulties or with questions regarding mortgages. I will typically wait for her help if she is out, rather than work with others in the mortgage servicing department. I've sent other customers to the Credit Union for mortgage servicing primarily because of my interaction with her. I just wanted to pass that along.

I wanted to share some comments with you about Tiana. She has been such a pleasure to work with. She is kind, professional and very smart. I know I have asked some crazy questions, but she never let that get to her. She has been very informative and very engaging in our conversations. She gave me all my options and not once did she speak to me in a way that I could not understand. She really has been on top of my loan and working hard for me. I so appreciate her attitude. She truly exemplifies what it is to have customer service skills.
I just hope that she is the example for the rest of the employees there. And you better believe I will tell all my family and friends who are members to ask for Tiana.
I really want to let you know that Mavis at the Clarksburg Branch is an absolute gem. I just worked with her on setting up an account and getting a car loan and I was able to buy my dream car. She made the process so smooth and care free. It was just fantastic. I just had to let you know how awesome she is. I’m sure you already know.
I just wanted to send a shout out to three of your employees at the Aspen Hill Branch. I am a teacher at a local elementary school in Rockville. Recently, my school Student Government Association sponsored a coin drive to collect money for a student with a rare genetic disease that also attends our school.
Your tellers were amazing. From helping me with the coin machine, to letting me hand over a different coin receipt for each and every classroom in my school, to also counting the many wrinkled and folded dollar bills that came to school in the bottom of backpacks and pockets, they did it all with smiles, encouragement and helpful attitudes.
The students far exceeded the goal which made my job all the more difficult but your employees saved the day for me. I just want to say a big thank you to Shannon, Makia and Janet for the kindness and help and to the bank services department for providing the coin machine for members such as myself. You are all the best.
I've been a member of Educational Systems FCU for many years since it was in the basement of an apartment in Greenbelt. This credit union is top notch in my book. I am 80 and disabled so it is very hard to get around and walk a distance. The people at the Waldorf Branch are so nice to me. Especially Melanie and Mary. I couldn't get the website to come up on my tablet and Melanie helped me so much. Very patient and kind. Sometimes Mary will help me out to the car. Thanks so much for such kind people. Please let the staff know how much I appreciate them.
Natalie M. is a perfect example of what customer service should sound and feel like. It's hard to deal with customer service reps. because they aren't always willing to assist. It's important that companies hire and develop sincere customer service reps.Natalie made a lasting impression on me. She was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. She was also professional and knowledgeable, which are things members look for.
My name is Cynthia. My husband and I have been members of Educational Systems Federal Credit Union for almost 40 years. I have worked very closely with the Waldorf Branch and was saddened by the loss of Marty several years ago when she was transferred to the Upper Marlboro Branch. She was an exemplary employee. She went beyond the day to day operations to assist members.
I am writing today to inform you that she is still doing extraordinary work in her current position. My husband and I often call when we need assistance and have questions. We are sure she will do whatever possible to help. Please let her know that we are sending this note of gratitude to inform her supervisor of a job well done.
We would like to thank Educational Systems FCU and Dave, “The Car Man,” for the great job of helping us in the process of financing our brand new Toyota Sienna Minivan. His support and presence made a difficult job so much easier to navigate. My wife and I had never bought a car in this manner. Once Dave directed us to the dealership and having done our research online, the deal was set.
When we got to the dealership, the salesperson received us with open arms and lead us through the process of selection. Then, with the backing of Dave, we felt like we were playing for the Chicago Cubs and he was the designated batter for us in the World Series. He explained everything to us step by step to the very end, he closed the deal at our home.
We greatly appreciate the kind, efficient and supportive style. Words can’t explain our feeling of gratitude. Thank You so much, Dave and Educational Systems FCU. That 2017 Cardinal Red Sienna minivan feels so comfortable and rides so smooth that the grandchildren already love it. We are hoping to fill it with many awesome memories.

Too often in this world we're quick to complain but slow to give thanks. I want to give thanks to a wonderful employee of yours who I had the pleasure of working with this morning. Cornisha answered the phone when I was feeling confused, frustrated, and upset. She quietly and patiently helped me with my problems, led me through a solution, and allowed this "elderly" lady to feel quite happy with the results.
You may not realize it but often, as an older American, I find I'm treated condescendingly and not given the time for feeling good about the results. That was not the case this time. She was delightful and by the time we ended the call I was no longer frustrated but rather laughing and ready for the next leg of my telephone journey. Thank you for employing such a kind and competent person in the form of Cornisha.
I am writing to tell you about the amazing service Dave provided us when we were in need of a car. He gave us the utmost attention, listened to what we were looking for and within four business days he accompanied us to a dealer to sign the paperwork on the perfect car for us. Dave gave us many choices to look at and when we saw one we liked, he set up an appointment at the dealership. He met us at the dealership and assisted us with everything from the test drive to signing the paperwork. I am extremely grateful for the service he provided. I would like to compliment Zenabu for a great customer experience. I was in the Bowie Branch doing a variety of transactions. Zenabu inquired if I had a checking account. With her subtle suggestion, she reminded me that I should open a checking account at Educational Systems FCU since I already have a savings account and a credit card. She accommodated me and proceeded to open a checking account for me. With that suggestion and gentle reminder, I completed my transactions with Educational Systems FCU today.
Thank you, Zenabu for an excellent customer service experience at the Bowie Branch. In addition, this is a very friendly branch. I noticed the customers and the branch employees are very warm and friendly towards each other. I noticed a sense of community and pleasantness in their conversation.

After this breath-taking greeting, the continuity was heightened once I had an opportunity to speak to Krystal.
I was thoroughly elated by her warm, genuine and knowledgeable personality. We are writing this letter to thank Educational Systems FCU for the very positive experience we had securing a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loan with your financial institution. What made the whole experience so hassle free was our Home Equity Coordinator, Deborah.
