Support Education Foundation
The Support Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, was founded by Educational Systems
Federal Credit Union as an opportunity for Ambassadors and members to contribute to our charitable
giving programs. Members of the Foundation are eligible to open an account with Educational Systems
Federal Credit Union. To learn more, visit SupportEducation.org.
Funds raised by the Support Education Foundation are used for student programs, scholarships, and
professional development awards to benefit members of the communities we serve.
Student Programs
We are committed to supporting student success by providing essential learning resources. In 2024, we donated over 5,200
backpacks filled with school supplies and more than 5,700 winter accessories through our Warming Hearts and Hands
program, ensuring K-12 and community college students were prepared and comfortable throughout the school year.
Scholarships and Professional Development Awards
We are proud to provide $125,000 in student scholarships and professional development awards. These scholarships
provide critical financial support to students pursuing their academic goals, while the professional development awards help
educators continue to grow and enhance their expertise. In 2024, we introduced the Eva Chesley Scholarship, awarded to
two students pursuing careers in education, and a Vocational School Scholarship to support training in skilled trades. These
initiatives reflect our commitment to offering opportunities across diverse career paths, promoting growth and success within
our communities.
