  • Comprehensive Medical, Prescription Drug and Vision Coverage (HMO and PPO) – We offer up to 80% cost share and Ambassadors are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following a 30 day waiting period.  
  • Supplemental Vision plans available - Choose from thousands of providers and retail stores for quality eye care and eye wear.
  • Dental Insurance - Access to a national provider network with a $2,000 annual allowance and $1,000 lifetime orthodontic benefit  
  • Employer paid Long Term Disability 
  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance at no cost to the Ambassador Life insurance is provided in the amount of two times the Ambassador’s annual salary up to $300,000.

  • Employer funded Retirement Plan - 7% employer contribution after 1 year of service. Fully vested after 6 years.
