Changing our hours when necessary
Severe weather or other serious situations may result in our need to delay opening or to close all or some of our locations. As part of the education community, we typically align the closing of our offices and branches with the administrative offices of the public school systems and the community colleges in the counties that we serve.
Since we serve many school systems throughout several counties, it is possible that some of our offices may be closed while others will remain open. For example, if the administrative offices of the school system are closed due to inclement weather, then our branches and any of our administrative offices located in that county will be closed as well. Please keep in mind that weather and other circumstances that would cause us to close are unpredictable. We may be forced to vary from the practice described above when necessary.
The safety of our members and employees is our primary concern and is at the core of our decisions. We appreciate your understanding.
When severe weather or other serious situations cause us to close any of our offices or branches, we’ll post updates about which locations are affected on our homepage.
