*To be eligible, entrants must have attended a back-to-school event held in one of the following Maryland counties: Anne Arundel, Calvert, Caroline, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s, St. Mary’s, and Talbot. A total of 11 winners, one per county, will be selected.
