Card Management

Log in, go to Account Services > Manage My Cards.

You can do the following in Card Management:
  • Activate a card and set your PIN
  • Replace a lost/stolen/damaged card
  • Set travel notifications
  • Manage transaction alerts and controls
  • View digital card details

To activate your card, click Set up Card, enter CVV, and confirm. If you don’t have the physical card yet, use Digital Card Display and complete secondary verification.

Yes, you can set your PIN online. After activation, select Update PIN in the setup workflow and follow the prompts.

To replace you card, click Replacement Options, choose Lost, Stolen, or Damaged, and confirm. Lost/Stolen shuts off the card immediately. Damaged keeps it active until replacement arrives.

Click Travel Notices, add dates and destinations and apply to multiple cards if needed.

You can manage the following alerts and controls:
  • Block/unblock card
  • Set transaction limits
  • Control merchant types and transaction types
  • Regional and international alerts

To block/unblock you card, toggle Block Card under Alerts & Controls and confirm contact details.

You’ll receive notifications via your chosen method (Email, SMS, or Push).
