Premier Rewards

Premier Rewards is our enhanced rewards experience that will provide members with updated rewards access and redemption features.

The transition begins on May 27.

No. Eligible rewards points will transfer during the transition process.

Yes. Eligible purchases made after May 26 will continue earning rewards through Premier Rewards.

Yes. There will be a temporary transition period when members may be unable to redeem rewards or access portions of the rewards site.

We expect rewards functionality to return during the first week of June.*

Point balances may take time to fully update during the transition period.

Premier Rewards will be accessible through Digital Banking once the transition is complete.

At this time, no action is expected from members. Additional instructions will be communicated if needed.
