Premier Rewards is our enhanced rewards experience that will provide members with updated rewards access and redemption features.
The transition begins on May 27.
No. Eligible rewards points will transfer during the transition process.
Yes. Eligible purchases made after May 26 will continue earning rewards through Premier Rewards.
Yes. There will be a temporary transition period, starting May 27 until early June, when you will be unable to redeem rewards or access portions of the rewards site. You will continue to earn points on eligible purchases throughout the transition period.
We expect rewards functionality to return during the first week of June.*
Point balances may take time to fully update during the transition period.
Premier Rewards will be accessible through Digital Banking once the transition is complete.
No, members with an existing Visa Rewards Card do not have to re-enroll.
