Lynette Smith Appointed to Educational Systems Federal Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee

Henniker, NH – Quantum Governance, L3C is pleased to announce that Chief Engagement Officer Lynette Smith has been appointed to the Educational Systems Federal Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee. With a distinguished career in financial services, including her tenure as CEO of TruEnergy Federal Credit Union, and CFO at Treasury Department Federal Credit Union, Ms. Smith brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the committee.

She currently serves as the Chief Engagement Officer at Quantum Governance, L3C, where she works to strengthen governance and leadership within credit unions and other organizations.
Beyond her professional roles, Smith is a passionate advocate for the credit union movement, championing financial inclusion and cooperative principles. She has actively engaged in legislative efforts to protect and expand credit union services, advocating for policies that empower members and strengthen community-based financial institutions. Her work has contributed to greater awareness and support for credit unions at both regional and national levels.
In her new role, she will support Educational Systems Federal Credit Union’s mission to provide financial solutions that help educators and their families achieve their financial goals.
